The Site comprises approximately 18.32 hectares (45.26 acres) of agricultural fields located on the north western edge of Fleckney. The Site is bordered by Longgrey and Coleman Road to the east, David Wilson Homes’ Fleckney Fields Development to the south and agricultural fields to the north and west.
The Site is relatively flat and can currently be accessed by agricultural vehicles from Longgrey.
